Medical Device Assembler
Shift: 5:30 AM 4:00 PM
Pay:
18.41/hr

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and the ability to work with small components using a microscope in a clean, quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices and related components.
- Utilize microscopes extensively to assemble and inspect miniature parts and assemblies.
- Handle and maneuver small components with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Document production activities and inspection results as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Experience in assembly, inspection, and quality control processes.
- Ability to perform detailed work using microscopes for extended periods.
- Experience working with medical devices is preferred.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical device manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
