Position: EXPERIENCED Optical Lab Techs (F/T 3-day schedule)

Our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, TX is growing and expanding. We are excited to offer new positions and the addition of another shift creates more opportunities for career growth.

Position

We are seeking experienced optical lab technicians to join our team.

Schedules

Our evening shifts work 3 days/week with 4 days off. Ideal for those wanting to restructure non‑work hours or minimize commutes.

Shift Hours
  • 2A Shift

    Hours:

    Sundays‑Tuesdays, 3:30pm - 4:00am
  • 2B Shift

    Hours:

    Wednesdays‑Fridays, 3:30pm - 4:00am
Pay & Benefits

Base pay DOE,
plus 10% shift differential pay and extra bi‑weekly bonus opportunities. Generous PTO plan and many other benefits available.

Job Description
  • Operate and monitor optical equipment and machinery, quickly identify production issues and resolve errors.
  • Observe workflow, ensure proper lens coating and optical standards.
  • Locate hot jobs, manage breakage, and assist Lead with other associates and department issues.
  • Perform many tasks within or across departments to achieve production goals in processing job orders through production.
  • Familiarity with high‑volume, optical manufacturing in a fast‑paced, mass‑production environment is required.
Qualifications
  • No specific education required.
  • Prior optical production experience plus a minimum of one (1) year direct experience in a related role.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
