Perform precision hand soldering using techniques such as solder cups, J-hooks, and through-hole methods to assemble and build highly complex cables and wire harnesses without damaging insulation or connectors.;
Assemble cable and wire harness products manually with a high level of accuracy, following IPC standards and engineering specifications.;
Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality compliance to IPC-A-610 Class II and III criteria, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, and customer-specific standards.;
Maintain ESD compliance at all times and ensure safe handling of sensitive electronic components where required.;
Support process engineers and production leads in troubleshooting assembly and solder-related defects and in implementing process improvements.
