Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift schedule:
- 1st Shift – Monday
- Wednesday + every other Thursday (5 AM - 5 PM) - 2nd Shift – Monday
- Wednesday + every other Thursday (5 PM - 5 AM) - 3rd Shift – Friday
- Sunday + every other Thursday (5 AM - 5 PM) - 4th Shift – Friday
- Sunday + every other Thursday (5 PM - 5 AM)
Overview
As a Production Lead in Plano, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience with high-volume receptive manufacturing (preferred).
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Understanding of area production processes, productivity standards, and ability to support adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious team player.
You will be part of a team that keeps and maintains production goals. That means loading, packing, inspecting, and staying sharp. You'll use your hands, follow instructions, and make sure quality and safety come first.
