Position: Manufacturing Supervisor (Day/Night Shift)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities, subject to change based on organizational needs, including but not limited to the following:

Production & Operations
  • Supervise daily manufacturing activities to achieve production schedules, output targets, and on‑time delivery commitments.
  • Monitor line performance, staffing, and material flow to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate shift handovers and escalate production, quality, or equipment issues as required.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Monitor product quality metrics (FPY, defect rates, rework) and initiate corrective actions.
  • Support audits, inspections, and customer requirements related to quality, safety, and compliance.
Safety & Workplace Standards
  • Enforce Lite‑On safety policies, PPE requirements, and injury/illness prevention programs.
  • Conduct daily safety checks and immediately address unsafe conditions or behaviors.
  • Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members, including operators and technicians.
  • Manage attendance, shift assignments, overtime, and performance feedback.
  • Support onboarding, training, and cross‑training to ensure workforce capability and coverage.
  • Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Analyze production data to identify process gaps, scrap reduction opportunities, and cost savings.
  • Support implementation of process changes and standardization initiative
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibility.
  • Strong working knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and production metrics.
Travel Requirement:
  • 10% travel, subject to change based on business needs.
