Essential Duties & Responsibilities, subject to change based on organizational needs, including but not limited to the following:
Production & Operations- Supervise daily manufacturing activities to achieve production schedules, output targets, and on‑time delivery commitments.
- Monitor line performance, staffing, and material flow to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate shift handovers and escalate production, quality, or equipment issues as required.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor product quality metrics (FPY, defect rates, rework) and initiate corrective actions.
- Support audits, inspections, and customer requirements related to quality, safety, and compliance.
- Enforce Lite‑On safety policies, PPE requirements, and injury/illness prevention programs.
- Conduct daily safety checks and immediately address unsafe conditions or behaviors.
- Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members, including operators and technicians.
- Manage attendance, shift assignments, overtime, and performance feedback.
- Support onboarding, training, and cross‑training to ensure workforce capability and coverage.
- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and waste reduction.
- Analyze production data to identify process gaps, scrap reduction opportunities, and cost savings.
- Support implementation of process changes and standardization initiative
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibility.
- Strong working knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and production metrics.
- 10% travel, subject to change based on business needs.
