CNC Fabrication Technician

Our client, a leader in innovative food equipment manufacturing, is seeking a Fabrication Tech to join their team. As a CNC Fabrication Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Automation Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Fabrication Tech

Location: Plano, Texas

Pay Range: DOE

• Design, fabricate, and build solutions & systems for automated kitchen equipment

• Perform hands‑on testing and root cause analysis (RCA) as needed

• Modify and improve hardware based on test results

• Maintain 5S standards and shop organization

• Engage in rapid prototyping to support product development

• 3+ years of fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment

• Basic CNC and laser cutting setup and programming experience preferred

• CNC press and welding experience is a plus

• Hands‑on approach with a passion for building, prototyping, and testing solutions

• Experience in restaurant, QSR, or food equipment industries is advantageous
