We are seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. The role is responsible for the development, maintenance and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The incumbent will design the network and workflow of schedule activities to ensure an accurate, appropriate, and effective plan is established for the scope of work, and will perform analysis for critical path, risk integration, and schedule metrics, reviewing and implementing IMS coding, structures and best‑practice directives.
You will lead integration of program technical and programmatic solutions into the IMS baseline plan, ensuring cost, schedule and technical requirements are fully integrated. You will lead creation and maintenance of compliant IMS based on customer requirements, support the team to ensure that program plans are consistent with IPDS and the program life cycle, review planned work for accuracy, provide weekly and monthly planning metrics, conduct Schedule Risk Analysis, and mentor junior planners.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8 years of Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management experience, OR advanced degree and 5 years of experience.
- Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
- Experience developing IMS and evaluating critical path or workflow.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
- Facilitation of integration and maintenance of technical, schedule and cost in an EVMS environment.
- Experience modeling program solutions into IMS and interpreting SRA results.
- Collaboration with Planning and functional organization SMEs.
- Understanding of hardware/software development life cycle, exposure to agile methodologies.
- Leadership and teaching of proper scheduling and EVMS techniques.
- Process improvement and problem‑solving skills.
