We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer I to join our manufacturing team! This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers who are passionate about manufacturing, process improvement, and solving technical challenges in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment-related issues.
  • Monitor production metrics, including yield, scrap, and defects, to improve operational performance.
  • Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, 6M, and other structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Assist with the implementation, qualification, and validation of new equipment and manufacturing processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Production, and R&D.
  • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and quality standards.
  • Present technical findings and project updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering
    , or a related engineering discipline.
  • 0–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience (internship or co-op experience is welcome).
  • Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience analyzing manufacturing data such as yield, scrap, and process performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or co-op experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical tools such as Minitab or JMP.
  • Familiarity with ERP or MES systems.
  • Exposure to equipment installation, automation, or manufacturing process validation.
