Job Description
Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Experienced associate, proficient in performing many tasks within or across departments, to achieve production goals in processing job orders through production.
Operation and monitoring of optical equipment and machinery, quickly identify production issues, resolving errors, observing workflow, proper lens coating and optical standards, locating hot jobs, breakage, assisting Lead with other associates and department issues.
Candidates should have familiarity with high-volume, optical manufacturing in a fast‑paced, mass production environment.
Qualifications- No specific education required
- Requires prior optical production experience plus a minimum of one (1) year direct experience in a related role
- Must be able to read and write English
