Material Handler
The Material Handler is responsible for maintaining inventory store organization and conducting cycle counts. You will issue materials from the stock room and assemble kits for special projects such as PCP, Sales Orders, ECN, NCR, and RMA. The role requires accurately picking, counting, and labeling parts for production operations according to pick lists, documenting shortages, and entering data into SAP. Additionally, you will audit and re-shelve returned kits while adhering to materials handling and ESD control procedures.
Responsibilities- Maintain inventory store organization and conduct cycle counts.
- Issue materials from the stock room and assemble kits for special projects.
- Accurately pick, count, and label parts for production operations according to pick lists.
- Document shortage information and enter data into SAP.
- Audit and re-shelve returned kits.
- Follow materials handling and ESD control procedures.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Windows.
- Material handling experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of Oracle 11i is a plus.
- Previous electronic manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including daily and weekly overtime.
The work environment is clean, indoors, and climate-controlled. You will work closely with a team of 4-5 others. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
