National Vision Holdings, Inc. is hiring Production Lab Techs for our optical manufacturing lab in Plano, TX. This entry-level role supports multiple departments (Inventory, Finish, Surface, AR) with shift hours 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday.
Starting pay is $15.50/hour with bi-weekly bonus opportunities and a generous PTO plan. No specialized education is required; prior mass production or machine operation experience is a plus, and English reading/writing is required.
