Printer Operator

Conduent is seeking a detail-oriented Printer Operator to support high-volume document production for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor digital and high-speed printers, ensuring output meets quality, accuracy, and turnaround standards. Responsibilities include loading media, performing basic equipment maintenance, troubleshooting print issues, following production schedules, and maintaining logs. You'll collaborate with operations and quality teams in a performance-driven, client-focused environment with opportunities to learn automation and digital workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed and digital printers for production jobs
• Load paper, ink, and consumables; adjust settings based on job specifications
• Inspect output for print quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Troubleshoot routine printer and job issues, escalating complex problems as needed
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning on printing equipment
• Follow production schedules, priorities, and client service-level requirements
• Maintain accurate production logs, labels, and documentation
• Follow safety, security, and data-handling procedures in a controlled environment
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to meet performance targets
• Support continuous improvement efforts in print workflows and processes
