Test Operator
We are seeking a dedicated Test Operator for the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to midnight. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic testing and be familiar with testing equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the functionality and quality of our electronics manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up testing stations and use oscilloscopes for functional testing.
- Perform electronic testing and decide on pass/fail outcomes.
- Label defects accurately and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with a team of 8-10 colleagues in a production environment.
Essential
Skills:
- Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing PC board testing.
- Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment, including oscilloscopes.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing and functional testing.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently during the 2nd shift.
- Experience as a test technician is advantageous.

Work Environment:
The role is based in a production environment where you will work closely with 8-10 others. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes, with a smock and ESD heel strap provided for your shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
