Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday
- Wednesday + Every other Thursday | $15.00/hr. - 2nd
Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM | Monday
- Wednesday + Every other Thursday | $16.00/hr. - 3rd
Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday
- Sunday + Every other Thursday | $16.00/hr. - 4th
Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM | Friday
- Sunday + Every other Thursday | $17.00/hr.

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Operator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
