Machine Operator Mail Inserter

Conduent seeks a Machine Operator Mail Inserter to run high-speed mail inserting equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will set up, calibrate, and operate machines, load materials, verify job tickets, and ensure accurate insertion, sorting, and packaging of client communications. Responsibilities include basic equipment maintenance, troubleshooting jams, monitoring quality, and completing production logs. You'll follow safety and data security procedures while meeting daily volume, accuracy, and uptime targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor mail inserter machines for high-volume production jobs
• Load envelopes, printed materials, and inserts per job ticket specifications
• Inspect output for accuracy, print quality, and proper insertion and sorting
• Troubleshoot jams and minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipment
• Follow strict data security and confidentiality procedures for client documents
• Meet or exceed daily production, accuracy, and uptime targets
• Record production data, job counts, and machine status in logs or systems
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to prioritize and complete jobs on time
• Adhere to all plant safety, quality, and compliance standards and procedures
