As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, support lead generation, and strengthen community engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Brand Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy with measurable KPIs.
Oversee brand development, visual identity, tone of voice, and customer experience.
Lead collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.
AI-Enhanced Digital Marketing & Automation
Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to create dynamic content at scale.
Drive personalization in customer journeys and campaigns using AI-powered tools.
Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning insights to optimize campaign performance.
Manage marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or equivalent).
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
Create compelling healthcare content tailored to clinicians, providers, and patients.
Oversee development of whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and prescription guides.
Drive SEO/SEM strategies with AI-assisted optimization.
Public Relations & Communications
Act as the brands spokesperson and strategist.
Secure press coverage, draft press releases, op-eds, and thought leadership articles.
Lead crisis communication planning and reputation management initiatives.
Social Media & Community Engagement
Manage a robust, AI-augmented social media strategy across platforms.
Build partnerships with healthcare professionals, organizations, and influencers.
Monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain brand credibility.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
Design and optimize high-converting funnels using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic media.
Create A/B-tested landing pages and monitor campaign ROI.
Build dashboards to track CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Events & Trade Shows
Plan and execute healthcare events, conferences, and webinars.
Oversee event promotions and ensure consistent brand representation.
QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience (healthcare/pharmacy/life sciences preferred).
Proven success in marketing strategy, PR, and digital campaigns.
Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper), Salesforce/Pardot, Hub Spot, Canva, SEMrush, etc.
Skilled in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM management.
Experience managing teams, vendors, budgets, and analytics dashboards.
Strong communication, public speaking, and networking skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for events and conferences.
