Job Details
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead strategy and execution for our market. In this key role, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, digital marketing, creative, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Customer Experience
- Develop and lead a unique community brand strategy that sets us apart in the market
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints - from digital platforms and welcome centers to builder partnerships and community events
- Create immersive customer experiences that drive engagement and boost traffic
- Build and manage annual marketing plans and budgets to achieve sales and branding goals
- Lead and manage external partners (agencies, PR firms) and corporate marketing resources
- Launch and oversee customer journey strategies, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization programs
- Continuously analyze performance and adjust tactics to maximize ROI
- Own and execute the community's organic social strategy across key platforms
- Lead creation of engaging, lifestyle-driven content that highlights community living and amenities
- Track engagement metrics and adjust content plans to drive reach and conversion
- Collaborate with creative teams (photo/video) to deliver high-quality visual assets
- Stay informed with regular market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Use data from Hub Spot and other tools to guide decisions and refine strategies
- Analyze traffic, sales, and demographic data to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide strategic input to the development team on product planning and pricing based on market feedback
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team (Manager/Coordinator)
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and results-driven marketing culture
- Share marketing best practices across departments and functions
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of marketing experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle-focused industries
- Proven ability to drive traffic and sales through strategic marketing programs
- Experience managing marketing budgets and agency relationships
- Strong background in master-planned or mixed-use community marketing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
