Sales & Marketing Manager– Real Estate

Position Overview

Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring brand visibility across all channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, marketing strategy, and team leadership.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build - Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals; set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Oversee lead generation, client engagement, and closing processes.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling property marketing materials.
• Manage online presence, including website, social media, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Business Development
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
• Build partnerships with brokers, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and ROI of marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing success.
• Strong knowledge of Dallas
