Digital Channel Marketer

(Hybrid – Plano, TX)

Initial 12 Month Contract – Hybrid (Plano, TX – 3 days)

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Channel Marketer to join a mission-based marketing team focused on driving net new customer acquisition through integrated digital channels. This role is ideal for a “T-shaped” digital marketer — someone with broad experience across multiple digital channels who also brings deep hands‑on expertise in web, CRM, and email marketing. You will help shape and execute end-to-end digital channel strategies, optimize customer journeys, and influence acquisition performance through testing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is not a developer role. It is a marketing-focused position that blends strategic ownership (approximately 60%) with tactical execution (approximately 30–40%). The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative, team‑first environment and understands that strong results come from integrated channel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Channel Strategy & Ownership:
  • Own and optimize specific digital acquisition channels (Web + CRM/Email focus)
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans aligned to business goals
  • Influence full‑funnel channel marketing strategy and customer journey design
  • Drive unified campaign execution across web, email, and organic channels
  • Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
Customer Experience & Journey Optimization:
  • Design and refine end‑to‑end customer journeys across digital touchpoints
  • Craft seamless acquisition‑to‑engagement experiences
  • Improve UX through CRO best practices and performance insights
  • Partner with SEO, paid media, and segment teams to ensure channel alignment
CRM & Marketing Automation:
  • Manage and optimize CRM‑driven lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Support segmentation, automation, and campaign workflows
  • Work within Eloqua (strongly preferred) and support migration to Marketo
  • Execute A/B testing, drip campaigns, and personalization strategies
Analytics, Reporting & Testing:
  • Monitor and analyze performance data across digital channels
  • Conduct testing of new messaging, user experiences, and campaign journeys
  • Provide actionable reporting and insights to inform optimization
  • Leverage data to continuously improve ROI and acquisition efficiency
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Partnership:
  • Work within a small, highly collaborative marketing team
  • Integrate your channel expertise with other digital specialists (SEO, paid media, etc.)
  • Maintain a strong “we vs. me” mindset — team success over individual ownership
  • Clearly communicate strategies, insights, and performance outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to end‑to‑end digital campaigns
  • Strong expertise in Web and CRM/Email marketing
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua strongly preferred; Marketo experience highly valued)
  • Strong understanding of how digital channels integrate across the customer journey
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing conversion rates
  • Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working onsite in Plano, TX three days per week

  • Background in digital acquisition and growth marketing
