Overview

Preference to Lehi, UT and Plano, TX candidates but open to Remote (U.S.).

Pay Rate

$42–$58/hour depending on location and experience

Hours

Part-time contract role with a minimum of 25 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Contract

Target start date is mid-June 2026, with an estimated contract duration through December 31, 2026.

Description

Our client, a company within the digital healthcare industry, is looking for a strategic Senior Brand Content Lead to support a fast-growing Marketing organization. This role will partner closely with Brand and Marketing leadership to create compelling, high-impact content across multiple channels including website copy, email campaigns, social media, advertising, thought leadership, and event marketing.

This is not a traditional copywriting role. The ideal candidate is both an exceptional writer and a creative technologist who understands how to leverage AI tools such as Google Gemini, Claude, and Writer.ai to accelerate content production while maintaining a strong, authentic brand voice.

The role will support a wide range of audiences including prospects, brokers, partners, employers, and members within the employer-sponsored healthcare space.

This position will be approximately 60% hands-on writing and content development and 40% strategic collaboration and planning with senior marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute content creation across web, email, social, advertising, lifecycle marketing, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Develop and optimize AI-powered content workflows using tools such as Google Gemini, Claude, and Writer.ai to scale content production
  • Create compelling B2B and member-facing content including website copy, nurture campaigns, blog posts, webinars, white papers, event messaging, and social content
  • Support major marketing initiatives and high-visibility events through session abstracts, keynote messaging, booth copy, webinar scripts, and experiential storytelling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Communications teams to translate complex healthcare concepts into clear and engaging messaging
  • Serve as the final editorial reviewer for AI-assisted content to ensure brand consistency, quality, compliance, and accuracy
  • Help design scalable content systems, prompt libraries, and feedback loops to continuously improve content performance and efficiency
  • Present copy concepts and contribute strategic ideas as a thought partner to Marketing leadership
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or brand storytelling
  • Prior experience within healthcare, health insurance, digital health, HR tech, or related industries with understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare
  • Strong portfolio showcasing long-form thought leadership, growth marketing copy, web content, and/or event marketing materials
  • Experience writing across multiple formats including web copy, email campaigns, social media, advertising, webinar scripts, and thought leadership content
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI writing tools such as Google Gemini, Claude, Writer.ai, or similar platforms to accelerate content workflows
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, audience-focused messaging
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Business, Healthcare, Public Policy, or a related field
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume content calendars and scalable content operations
  • Familiarity with SEO content development and performance-driven marketing campaigns
  • Experience balancing B2B and consumer/member-facing communications
