This role focuses on leading integrated marketing and creative marketing strategies in Plano, Texas. It will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, optimize brand presence, and enhance customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with brand marketing teams to establish creative assets (e.g., photography, logos, key visuals, messaging) and delivery schedules.
- Manage marketing development funds to create innovative sales‑generating marketing tactics.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 12‑14 years of experience in integrated or creative marketing.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- MBA or advanced degree in business or marketing.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Familiarity with CRM, social media, and digital media marketing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
