What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Brand Strategy:
    Lead the brand vision, positioning, and messaging, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
    Oversee cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across digital, traditional, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Strengthen Brand Identity:
    Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all customer and partner touchpoints.
  • Drive Thought Leadership & Market Influence:
    Position the company as an industry innovator through content, public relations, and executive visibility strategies.
  • Enhance Customer

    Experience:

    Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the brand experience is seamless, engaging, and customer-focussed.
  • Leverage Data & Insights:
    Use analytics and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize performance, and measure brand health.
  • A high level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and executive-level requests while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team:
    Build, mentor, and manage a team of brand marketers.

What You Bring

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record in the financial services, fintech, auto, or business-facing industries.
  • A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into impactful brand initiatives.
  • A high level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to manage priorities and executive-level requests while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing—from digital, social, and content marketing to traditional and experiential activations.
  • A data-driven approach with experience leveraging analytics, customer insights, and market research to drive decisions.
  • Leadership skills that inspire—experience managing teams, fostering innovation, and collaborating cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with internal creative teams and agencies to execute high-quality campaigns.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred, particularly in building brand equity and driving customer and partner engagement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Communications
  • At least 3 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • 3+ years of experience in direct marketing and brand management in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
  • 3+ years of work experience in financial services or auto industry
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Communications
