Marketing Intern

Candor Expedite is a transportation and logistics company focused on delivering exceptional service through communication, transparency, and reliability. We help customers move critical shipments across North America while building long-term partnerships through trust and execution.

The Marketing Intern will support the execution of Candor Expedite's marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and brand awareness efforts. This role will help manage Hub Spot activities, create marketing content, support email campaigns, maintain CRM data quality, and assist with reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, technology-savvy, and eager to learn how marketing directly drives revenue growth.

• Maintain and update contact records within Hub Spot
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns
• Create and update workflows, lists, and customer segments
• Assist with lead tracking and CRM data cleanup
  
  Monitor campaign performance and generate reports

• Create Linked In and social media content
• Draft blog posts, customer success stories, and company updates
• Develop marketing materials and sales support documents
• Assist with podcast promotion and content repurposing

• Help execute email marketing campaigns
• Assist with newsletter creation and distribution
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance

• Track marketing KPIs and campaign results
• Prepare monthly marketing reports
• Research industry trends and competitor activity
• Assist with lead generation initiatives

• Update website content as needed
• Assist with SEO initiatives
• Support online advertising and marketing projects
• Research new marketing tools and technologies

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with Hub Spot CRM or Marketing Hub
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Linked In
• Basic understanding of email marketing
• Experience with Canva or graphic design tools
• Interest in B2B marketing and logistics
