OverviewDrive marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for Samsung's mobile experience offerings. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Samsung Care+ services and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and creative services to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Partner with MX Marketing to manage and oversee the execution of campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
- Align brand strategy with retail channel execution to optimize product performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in device protection, technology, or mobile industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and business analysis capabilities.
- Experience with product road mapping (preferred).
