About The Opportunity

As Strategy Director
, you will lead the development of brand, communications, and consumer strategies that influence business decisions and inspire exceptional creative work. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, a mentor to strategists, and a collaborative partner to creative, account, media, analytics, and innovation teams.

This role, reports to the Head of Strategy, and will focus heavily on Samsung, helping shape the future of one of the world's most recognized brands across multiple audiences, channels, and experiences.

Lead Strategic Vision

• Define and champion brand, communications, and campaign strategies that connect business objectives to human insight.
• Translate complex market, consumer, and cultural dynamics into clear strategic direction.
• Develop strategic frameworks, positioning recommendations, audience segmentation models, and messaging architectures that guide business and creative decisions.
• Ensure strategic rigor across the full lifecycle of work from discovery and research through execution, optimization, and measurement.

Influence Clients

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients identify opportunities, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions.
• Deliver compelling presentations that build confidence, inspire action, and strengthen agency partnerships.
• Develop thought leadership and POVs that position the agency as a strategic partner rather than a tactical vendor.
