Promote the mission and brand of Prestonwood Christian Academy School System with excellence to prospective and current families through website management, search engine optimization, paid advertising, branding and event marketing.

• Manage PCA System and campus websites to include strategy, keeping pages updated, working with system website admins, search engine optimization, reporting of analytics
• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
• Assist the Sr. Director of Marketing with the planning and execution of all print and online media buys
• Create marketing plans for PCA School System, PCA Plano, PCA North and PCA Online
• Assisting with/creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain PCA branding (includes creating templates for presentations and other resources)
• Competitor and customer insights analysis
• Occasional after hours assignments (mostly school nights)
• Other duties as assigned

• Four‑year college degree, with a concentration in marketing, communications, or the equivalent obtained through training and experience
• Minimum three years’ experience with marketing a brand in a professional environment
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Canva
• Excellent organization, time management and multitasking skills
• Prestonwood Baptist Church member preferred

• Repetitive motion of the wrists, hands and fingers due to typing
• Close visual acuity required for viewing a computer monitor, preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing and reading
• Hearing – ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction
• Talking – expressing ideas by means of the spoken word to convey instructions to other workers and customers
• Ability to communicate effectively, even in stressful situations
• Sedentary office work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
• Numerous phone calls
• Subject to frequent interruptions and frequent deadlines
