This person will develop and ensure consistent messaging across all content channels including ownership of the corporate website, building out a company speaker program, managing press and analyst relations, and leading Airspan's participation in industry events and trade shows.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong writer and communicator, and an experienced data-driven marketing leader with a sharp eye for design and brand consistency.

They are equally comfortable shaping marketing strategy, and leading day to day execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications program in support of company and business-unit goals.
  • Build and strengthen the company’s brand positioning within the radio technology marketplace by maintaining and evolving Airspan’s visual brand identity and design standards across web, print, and event materials.
  • Own the corporate website end-to-end: content strategy, updates, design consistency, functionality, and performance, working with internal stakeholders and external web development partners as needed.
  • Build and manage a company speaker program, identifying speaking opportunities at industry conferences and events, preparing executives and subject matter experts, and tracking outcomes.
  • Plan and manage Airspan's participation in industry events and trade shows, including booth design, logistics, staffing, collateral, and post-event follow-up and ROI reporting.
  • Develop marketing collateral and content (web copy, presentations, brochures, case studies, byline articles) that is clear, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Own press and analyst relations, including drafting press releases and briefing materials, and maintaining relationships with industry analysts and trade press.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and external vendors/agencies to ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Lead and develop a small team of internal and external resources fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability to successfully deliver the marketing program.
  • Track and report on program performance, using data to refine marketing communications strategy.

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or a related field, ideally in technology, telecom, or wireless/networking industries.
  • Proven experience managing corporate websites, including content management systems and coordinating with design/development resources.
  • Experience building or running a speaker program and managing event/tradeshow participation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively for varied audiences.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of visual design and brand consistency; comfortable giving direction on layout, imagery, and creative assets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience working with design tools and web platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and trade shows.
