SummaryThe Sr Marketing Manager, reporting into the Head of Marketing, is responsible for strategies and initiatives designed to accelerate brand experience through holistic brand messaging and marketing campaigns centered around the Masterbrand and year-round key sales drive periods.
ResponsibilitiesGlobal campaigns
- Manage campaign strategy to drive business results across all owned and paid brand marketing channels to successfully drive traffic and campaign objectives.
- Align US requests with GMO team (product, timeline, creative)
- Align with LOBs (X-Category teams) on featured products and promotions
- Align with channel teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Organic Social, Communications) to implement campaign in their areas
- Work with in-house design team and partner agency to finalize localized toolkits
Prepare and present content and analyses for recurring cross-functional meetings that drive actionable decision making and recommendations for the organization
Manage and communicate annual Brand Calendar
Hold bi-weekly meeting with team (Channel, XLOB, Ecom, etc). to provide updates on corporate marketing / S.com activities.
S.com campaigns
- Works with S.com CX/UX team to execute campaigns throughout the year.
- Report and optimize for each campaign in-real-time incl. daily reporting, optimization decisions, escalation of issues for quick resolution on brand campaigns
- Coordinate brand campaign and available promotions with the ecommerce team
Partnerships
- Work with external partners to execute programs
- Execute all aspects of the partnership opportunities based on partner contracts
- Coordinate creative executions for LOBs to implement on advertising opportunities (for eg: in stadiums)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Marketing + Project Management experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $81.00 - $81.00/hr.
Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
