Big Air Adventure Park is coming to Plano, and we're looking for a Community Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator to help us build awareness, develop local relationships, and generate opportunities leading up to our Grand Opening.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, attending community events, and supporting local marketing.
This is not just a social media position. You will help connect Big Air Plano with schools, PTAs, businesses, youth organizations, nonprofits, apartment communities, and other local partners.
What You’ll Do- Build relationships with schools, PTAs, daycares, youth sports organizations, businesses, nonprofits, apartment communities, churches, and other local organizations.
- Attend selected Chamber, networking, school, and community events.
- Help generate leads for birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers, corporate events, memberships, and group bookings.
- Follow up with community and business leads and maintain our partnership and lead tracker.
- Assist with birthday and group inquiries, pre‑opening sales, and booking support as our systems become available.
- Support local marketing campaigns, Grand Opening promotions, and community outreach.
- Help coordinate social media content, photos, videos, influencers, and local promotions.
- Provide a simple weekly update on leads, partnerships, activities, and next steps.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable meeting new people
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Interested in marketing, partnerships, sales, and community engagement
- Comfortable using social media
- Able to attend occasional morning, evening, or weekend community events
- Interested in growing with Big Air Plano long term
2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred, including marketing, community outreach, partnerships, events, sales, hospitality, public relations, or business development.
A college degree is helpful but not required.
Compensation$24–$28/hour, based on experience.
Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially, with the potential for additional hours as Grand Opening approaches.

Requirements- Reliable transportation for local community visits and events
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
