Communications Manager

Serve as a key communications partner supporting People Team initiatives, HR programs, and general affairs updates across U.S. offices. Develop creative, on-brand strategies to engage employees through a variety of internal channels. Draft, design, and publish digital communications, including posters, banners, and signage, across the intranet and office networks. Support employee engagement and corporate citizenship communications, including sustainability and culture programs.

Skills &

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in Internal Communications or HR Communications, ideally within a large, matrixed corporate or technology-driven organization
• Demonstrated ability to represent a globally recognized brand with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential HR and employee information with discretion
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required
• Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva preferred
• Experience working with intranet content management systems or digital signage platforms preferred
