I'm currently recruiting for an Account Supervisor – Growth opportunity with a leading global marketing and creative agency!
This is a great opportunity for an agency professional who enjoys the business development and pitch side of the agency world and wants to work on high-profile, global brands.
What you'll be doing:- Supporting new business pitches and growth initiatives
- Developing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
- Working closely with internal creative, strategy, and marketing teams
- Helping shape compelling stories and presentations for prospective clients
- Contributing to high-impact growth opportunities across the agency
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, creative, or similar agency
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience supporting pitches, proposals, or new business efforts
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
This role is primarily focused on growth/new business and internal collaboration rather than client-facing account management
