Linked In Strategy & ManagementOversee our client’s Linked In presence, functioning as the brand's voice on one of its most visible professional platforms. Develop a forward-thinking content calendar, conceptualize and produce compelling content, manage scheduling and publishing, and actively engage with the brand's growing community of followers.
Newsroom Content ManagementServe as a steward of the company internal U.S. Newsroom. Upload, manage, and optimize articles, press releases, and editorial content within the CMS. Ensure every piece of content upholds the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Content Strategy & CoordinationPartner closely with writers, editors, internal stakeholders, and supporting agencies to ensure content is developed, approved, and published seamlessly.
Quality Assurance & Brand IntegrityApply a meticulous eye to every piece of content before it goes live - reviewing for accuracy, formatting consistency, grammatical excellence, and alignment with the company’s distinct brand voice.
Cross-Channel AmplificationCollaborate with Marketing, PR, and other internal teams to ensure Newsroom content and key corporate announcements are strategically amplified across company’s owned and earned channels, maximizing reach and audience engagement.
Performance Analytics & OptimizationTrack, analyze, and report on key engagement metrics across Linked In and the Newsroom to refine content strategies.
Project ManagementManage simultaneous content initiatives, balancing competing priorities with precision, agility, and a commitment to flawless execution in a fast-paced corporate environment.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital communications, content management, or social media strategy, preferably within a corporate or agency environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Word Press CMS, Google Analytics, Linked In, and Adobe Creative Cloud; strong working knowledge of Canva, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven Linked In expertise, with a track record of growing engagement and building brand presence on the platform
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism required as a representative of the company
- Ability to work independently and an entrepreneurial spirit; strong decision-making, problem-solving project management skills
- Must have excellent time management, organizational and project management skills
- Must display good judgment and use discretion when presented with sensitive or confidential issues
- Must thrive working in a fast-paced environment that focuses on high-quality results and flawless execution
- Must have sharp eye for quality control and consistency in written and designed materials
