Overview
The Corporate Clinical Resource Specialist is responsible for providing support to current regional leadership by sitting in vacant leadership seats such as the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Quality Management, and Nurse Manager. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting with operational opportunities and, at times, will be required to participate in acquisitions and new development projects. This position requires up to 80% travel across the PAM Health network of hospitals.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. This is an exempt position. Starting assignment will be in Colorado Market.

- Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
- Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards
- Active RN License in the state
- Master’s Degree, or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required
- Regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required and three years of experience in nursing management preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN)
