Position Overview

Staff Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide high‑quality patient care alongside caregivers.

• Administer medications and injections.
• Oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and medications.
• Direct and supervise activities of licensed and certified nursing personnel.
• Review residents admitted and assure appropriate implementation of physician plans of care.
• Build rapport with patients, maintain a clean and healthy environment, and demonstrate compassionate demeanor.
• Work well within a team and possess familiarity with medical terminology.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current state licensure as LVN/LPN.
• Current physical exam, MMR vaccine, recent PPD, and other required immunizations.
• Valid CPR certification (BLS or equivalent).
• Background checks and pre‑employment drug screening completed.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
