Pediatric Home Health Nurse; LVN​/RN – Plano

Position Summary

We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse,
RN or LVN
, to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in Plano, 75024
. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.

May include care for patients with G‑tube.

Day Shift (7a-7p):
Monday‑Friday

• Patient will need a school nurse in the Fall*
• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
  
  Collaborate with care team and family
• Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically

• Active Texas LVN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN
