• Care for medically complex patients, primarily children, in the home.
• Provide personalized nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients with complex needs.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Educate and support families with in‑home care techniques.
• Document visits and care notes in our EMR (electronic charting system).
• Collaborate with your clinical supervisor and participate in case conferences.
• Act as a trusted part of a long‑term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education as required.

• Active RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Clinical experience preferred—new graduates are also welcome.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour. Weekly pay options are available. Ongoing applications welcome.

On‑call duty nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned. Acts as the after‑hours supervising nurse and makes nursing assessment and triage decisions under the guidance of the overall Clinical Supervisor.
