Operating Room RN – The Heart Hospital, Plano, TX

Location: 1100 Allied Dr, Plano, 75093

Compensation: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available for eligible candidates

Position: Operating Room RN

Shift: Full-time, Evenings, 2x12s and 2x8s + call requirement

Experience: 2 years or more of OR/Surgery experience required

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced environment for high‑acuity cardiothoracic, vascular, and thoracic patients.
• Support surgeons and operating room staff during procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
• Maintain a 1:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio and adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum of 2 years of OR/Surgery experience.
• Knowledge of cardiothoracic, vascular, and thoracic patient populations.
