Travel Nurse Source  is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Plano, Texas, 75075.

Unit Details

• Address: 3901 W. 15th St., Plano, TX 75075
• Number of Beds: 30
• Staff: 85 (RNs and PCTs based on census)
• Shift Type: 1 CNC/Relief Charge night shift with variable RNs and PCTs
• Patient Ratios: 2:1 for ICU; 4:1 for PCU
• Equipment:
  Critical Care equipment, Burn ICU, Trauma ICU, EMR – Meditech
• Contract Weeks: 91

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Perform wound care, codes, EVDs, MTP, and other typical ICU procedures.
• Provide patient care in ICU/PCU units.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and ask questions.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• BSN or CCRN certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to work nights shifts (3 days x 12h).

Required Certifications

• RN license.

Floating Areas

• MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or any PCU unit
