Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool (Full Time/Nights)

Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool

Work location:

Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093

Work hours:

Full/Time Nights; (6:45P-7:15A), 3 shifts per week; weekend and holiday requirements

Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse diploma, associate’s degree in nursing, or bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (required)
  • 2 years in Progressive Stepdown, Progressive Care, or Intermediate (Tele) Care (highly preferred)
  • Registered Nurse upon hire (required)
  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly (required)
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire (required)
  • CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days of hire (required)
  • High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment
