HOME HEALTH NURSE / PRIVATE DUTY NURSE Position

• Location:
  
  Plano, TX
• Shift 1:
  Friday – Sunday, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. (Client: 18‑year‑old with trach and G‑tube)
• Shift 2:
  Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Client: 14‑year‑old with G‑tube)
• Sign‑On Bonus:
  Up to $2,500
• Scheduling: 1:1 nursing care with flexible hours

You will provide 1:1 nursing care to children with complex medical needs, ensuring safe and effective care ponsibilities include:

• Administer medication and treatments, including ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care.
• Monitor patient status and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate families on home care and provide ongoing support.
• Implement care plans and adapt to changing needs.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with valid license in Texas.
• Minimum of 0–1 years of nursing experience (no prior pediatric or ventilator experience required).
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
