Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Dept (ED) – Full Time Nights (7P‑7A), Plano

Full‑time position at a Level II Trauma Center. Salary range $27.50–$52.88 per hour, commensurate with experience. Sign‑on bonus $12,000 (current employees excluded).

Work Schedule:

Nights 7 P – 7 A; 3 12‑hour shifts with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Education
  Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred; foreign education must comply with CLIA regulations.
• Experience
  One year as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency; one year of emergency experience strongly preferred; practice within Texas Nurse Practice Act regulations, serving as a role model and quality patient‑care coordinator.
• Licensure/Certification s
  Current RN or compact RN licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire; BCLS (prior to independent care, quarterly required); ACLS (upon hire); PALS (within 90 days); TNCC (within 12 months); CPI (within 60 days).
