Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Plano, TX – Accel at Willow Bend

Accel at Willow Bend in Plano, TX is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). This role offers an 8‑hour shift and an opportunity to join a long‑term and rehabilitative care facility that values a multi‑disciplinary team and exceptional service.

As a CNA, you will provide personal care to residents, assist the charge nurse, and support the team in delivering high‑quality clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise the supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at the beginning and end of shift.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
• Comply with procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shifts Available: Day: 6 am to 2 pm, Evening: 2 pm to 10 pm.
