Essential Functions- Assess patient status and coordinate with the care team.
- Document patient progress and update care plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment options and prognosis.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80‑100 lbs.
Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
