Here's What You Need:
Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or Associate's degree in nursing required or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred 1 year of experience a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required 2 years of Progressive Stepdown, Progressive Care or Intermediate (Tele) Care experience as a Clinical Nurse highly preferred RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required and ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required and CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
