Lifted Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, compassionate end-of-life care under RN supervision. You will support patients and their families, adhere to care plans, and promote dignity and comfort in varied home settings.
Required:
Texas CNA certification, state CNA training, and a compassionate, communicative presence. Prior hospice or home health experience preferred; valid driver license and reliable transportation essential.
