As a Nurse PM at Plano ER, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care in a dynamic emergency room setting.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitoring, assessing, and addressing patient needs promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
• Upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all interactions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in an emergency room setting.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS),
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
