Aviator Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team delivering skilled home health care in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and revise plans of care, and supervise staff while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate has Texas RN licensure, at least 1 year of RN experience, and familiarity with OASIS processes. Experience in adult home health and Home Care Home Base is preferred.
