Job Description
We are hiring CNAs and Home Health Aides to work in clients’ homes in the Plano/Allen areas. Assignments will be kept close to you. Starting pay is based on experience and client requirements.

- Current CNA certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Current CPR as required by client facility; other health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies.
- Follow the client's plan of care as assigned.
- Deliver personal care services to clients as assigned.
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers from bed to chair.
- Monitor client vitals such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and help with medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and engage in recreational activities with clients.
- Report any changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team or family.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Comply with Care Builders at Home policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
- Communicate information effectively to appropriate personnel.
