Rapidly growing Biotech Manufacturer is seeking an Animal Technician near Dallas, TX! This is a great opportunity to work with an innovative company that has cutting‑edge technology focusing on pre‑clinical and clinical therapies! Must have previous animal husbandry experience to qualify! Vet technicians who are looking to make an impact within oncology research would be a great fit for this role!

• Monitoring, handling, and caring for research animals; including providing feed, water, health checks and cage changes.
• Maintain study records and preclinical research activity on each research animal.
• Preclinical experiment (injection, bleeding, euthanasia, necropsies)
• Animal healthcare, preparation, and follow‑up (monitoring, tagging, weighing, and calipering)
• Assist with the receipt, stocking, and maintenance of supply inventories.
• Clean room facility maintenance and experiment preparation.
• Responsible for animal husbandry and euthanasia.
• Handle radioactive materials.

• High school diploma with 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s in animal sciences is preferred.
• Interest in working regularly with radioactive isotopes.
• Interest in working with animal models of cancer.
