Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Technician
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-6:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays, 8:00 am-12:00 pm

We are a 5-doctor small animal and exotics hospital offering a wide variety of cases, including wellness, dentistry, surgery, exotics, and more. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Veterinary Technician who wants to use their skills daily, continue learning, and be part of a clinic culture that supports one another.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Run in-house Idexx laboratory testing, floatation, and cytologies
  • Use strong technical skills, including handling and restraining animals, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, diagnostics, dental cleanings, and radiographs
  • Support in surgical preparation, anesthesia monitoring, recovery, and instrument care
  • Provide professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff
  • Have a strong understanding of pharmacology and medical terminology
What You’ll Bring :
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working as a Veterinary Technician in a clinical setting
  • Solid knowledge of technical skills, including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and radiology
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for veterinary medicine
